PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS:

All reservations require a deposit of £50.00 per person. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE and cancellation charges apply.

We accept  depsosits and payments by all major credit/debit cards.

If paying by cheque guests are requested to settle their mani account five days before departure. Payment to be supported by a valid bank card. 

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS :

Unavoidable circumstances may prevent you from taking your holidays as planned or make it neccessary to curtail it. AN HOTEL HAS THE RIGHT IN LAW TO CLAIM REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE BALANCE OF ANY LOSS INVOLVED BY THE CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS PRIOR TO OR DURING THE HOLIDAY PROVIDED THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN POSSIBLE TO RE-LET THE ACCOMMODATION .

A small fee will relieve you of this responsibilty as a result of a member of your family being disabled by accidental injury,sickness or death. The fee charged for this protection is £4.00 up to £100.00 and £2.00 for each subsequent £50.00, or part thereof, of the hotel charge. Payments to be made at the time of booking.
